With this privacy policy statement, NunnaUuni Oy sets forth its principles for using and protecting personal data and implementing protection of privacy in accordance with the duty of notification as described in Finnish law (Personal Data Act, 1999/523).

The personal data file compiled from the data entered via forms on the Web site is called NunnaUuni Oy / www-yhteydenotot, and it falls within the scope of the Personal Data Act.

The purpose of handling of the personal data collected through the forms on NunnaUuni Oy’s Web site is to provide the person making contact with purposeful service appropriate to the method of contact (brochure order, contact request, feedback, ...).
Via the form on the Web site, a person may consent to or refuse the collection and saving of his/her personal data in other registers, used by NunnaUuni Oy for addressed mailing, such as direct marketing, opinion polls, and marketing research.

Data storage is the controller’s responsibility. Supplied data no longer necessary for the operations of NunnaUuni Oy shall be destroyed unless said information is archived as referenced in the Personal Data Act, Section 35.
In accordance with the Personal Data Act, Section 26, each person supplying his/her data has the right to access the data on him/her and the right to request correction of erroneous data.
Requests concerning this matter are made to the controller.
Rules on protection of the personal data file:
The data supplied via Web site contact with NunnaUuni Oy are made secure by protection measures used in e-mail communications. The personal data file compiled therefrom is protected by a firewall and restriction of access rights. The access rights are appropriately limited, and they are restricted to persons handling the feedback.
